Automotive Frontline Receptionist/ Clerical

McEleney’s is seeking a Full Time Day Frontline Receptionist/Clerical. Candidates must be well spoken and have excellent telephone and customer service etiquette. If you are a good multi-tasker, with solid communication skills and professional enthusiasm, this is the perfect position for you. Responsibilities include:

·         Answering incoming calls and greeting guests

·         Assist with general clerical and accounting procedures as necessary

·         Provide additional support as needed 

Requirements:

·         Demonstrated interpersonal skills

·         Previous experience in title work and accounting may be helpful

·         Strong attention to detail

·         Excellent follow-through and communication skills
